3. Term

4. Notice

10. Liability
The tenant is liable for damage that they or their vehicle cause to the space, the property or others. The landlord is not liable for damage to the vehicle or its contents unless caused by the landlord's negligence. The tenant takes care of insuring their vehicle.
11. Termination for breach
Either party may terminate the agreement with immediate effect if the other party materially breaches it. The landlord may terminate the agreement if rent that has fallen due is still unpaid 14 days after a written payment reminder. Termination is given in writing.
